Terms of Service

MatchCard is pre-launch. These terms cover the one thing this site currently does: let you join an early-access waitlist. When the full product ships, these terms will be replaced with a proper service agreement covering the actual product, and you'll be told before anything changes for you.
The short version: joining the waitlist is free, doesn't obligate you to anything, and doesn't guarantee you a spot on any particular timeline. Leave any time by emailing us.
What joining the waitlist means
Submitting your email through the "Get early access" form registers your interest in MatchCard. It is not a purchase, a contract for services, or a commitment on your part to buy anything, and it's not a commitment on our part to deliver access by any specific date.
What it costs
Nothing. Joining the waitlist is free. If and when we introduce paid pricing, it will be communicated directly and clearly before you're asked to pay anything.
Eligibility
MatchCard is built for organisations hiring for a role, and for the recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates involved in that process. You should be at least 18 to join the waitlist.
What we don't promise
- A specific date for early access to open.
- That early access will open in the order signups were received (we're opening in cohorts based on fit, not a strict queue).
- That the product description on this page won't change before launch. We're building in public and things may evolve.
Content on this site
The stats and research cited on this site are drawn from named third-party sources, linked at the point they're used. The example "Match Card Report" shown on the homepage is an illustrative sample, not a real candidate's data. Where testimonial-style quotes appear before launch, they're clearly labelled as illustrative rather than presented as real customer reviews.
Acceptable use
Don't use the waitlist signup form to submit an email address that isn't yours, to spam it with automated repeated submissions, or to attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from the underlying database. The form is rate-limited and monitored, and submissions that look abusive may be removed.
Intellectual property
The MatchCard name, logo, and the content of this site belong to MatchCard. You're welcome to link to it or quote it with attribution; you're not licensed to copy the site's design or copy wholesale for your own use.
Liability
This site and the information on it are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, while MatchCard is in early development. We work to keep every statistic and citation on this site accurate at the time of publishing, but we're not liable for decisions made based on illustrative or pre-launch content.
Leaving the waitlist
Email hello@matchcard.co.uk at any time and we'll remove you. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled while you're on the list.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top and flag the change clearly rather than editing quietly.
